Ask it plain questions like 'why did sales drop this week' or 'who are my quiet customers' and it answers with real numbers pulled from your store's data, not generic advice. Kaz can also propose a move directly in the chat, such as a weekend bundle, which you approve with one tap the same way you would from the weekly brief. It replies in Arabic when you ask in Arabic.
