Real answers from the product: connecting your store, how holdouts prove profit, billing, and what each automation actually does.
Getting started
How do I connect my store?
Connecting takes about three minutes for Salla, Zid or Shopify. Rizecart asks for read-only access first: it can see your products, orders, customers and abandoned carts, but it cannot change anything in your store until you approve a specific move. Nothing is charged, changed or sent to customers during this step. Permalink
What can Kaz actually do?
Kaz is Rizecart's chat assistant. Ask it plain questions like 'why did sales drop this week' or 'who are my quiet customers' and it answers with real numbers pulled from your store's data, not generic advice. Kaz can also propose a move directly in the chat, such as a weekend bundle, which you approve with one tap the same way you would from the weekly brief. It replies in Arabic when you ask in Arabic. What are SEO, GEO and AIO scores?
SEO is classic search visibility. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) measures how well AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can find and recommend your products when customers ask them questions. AIO tracks how answer-shaped your content is for those AI systems. Rizecart's Be the Answer engine raises all three by adding product schema, alt text, and answer-shaped Arabic and English content pulled from the real questions customers ask on WhatsApp, then checks weekly how AI assistants actually answer your buyers' questions. Billing
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
If Rizecart cannot demonstrate real incremental profit against its own holdouts within your first 90 days on a paid plan, your subscription is refunded in full - no argument, no partial credit. The same holdout math that reports your proven profit throughout the app is what the guarantee is judged on, so there is no separate, softer standard used only for refund decisions. Permalink
What is the difference between Analyst, Co-pilot and Autopilot?
Analyst (free) runs the full audit and weekly brief but executes nothing - it is read-only. Co-pilot (SAR 1,499/mo) adds one-tap execution: you approve every move from your phone and it runs, measured against a holdout. Autopilot (SAR 3,499/mo) adds auto-execution: proposed moves run on their own, chosen by highest estimated profit first, but only ever inside the budget cap and margin floor you set in Settings. Automations
Who writes the WhatsApp messages, and in what dialect?
Rizecart writes every WhatsApp message in the register you choose for your store: Saudi, Gulf, MSA or English. Cart-rescue, winback, review-ask and brief templates all reuse your chosen voice. Every message that goes out is logged, honestly, in the Outbox viewer in Settings, so you can read exactly what customers received and check its delivery status. Permalink
Can I pause or turn off anything Rizecart does?
Yes, at any time. Every automation has its own on/off toggle, campaigns can be paused with one action (which honestly stops both the ad spend and the COD-heavy orders it was driving), and dropping your autonomy level back to Analyst stops all execution immediately while keeping your data and history intact. Nothing requires a support ticket to pause. Permalink
What are budget caps and margin floors?
These are guardrails you set in Settings, and Rizecart enforces them in code before any move executes, not as a suggestion. The budget cap is the maximum SAR your store will auto-spend in a month; on Autopilot, Rizecart only auto-executes proposed moves whose estimated profit still fits inside that remaining cap, picked greedily by highest expected value first. The margin floor is the minimum profit percentage an order must clear; Rizecart's audit flags any orders selling under cost plus your floor as a leak worth fixing. Permalink
How do Seasons and Trends work?
Rizecart tracks GCC retail seasons (Back to School, National Day, White Friday, Ramadan) relative to your store's calendar and shows a pre-built plan with Rizecart network priors for expected uplift. Pre-approve any Sunday before the window opens and it launches automatically, holdout kept, so the lift is proven. Trend radar works similarly for shorter-lived demand spikes, but only surfaces a trend if your actual catalog can serve it - a low-fit trend is honestly labeled 'skip' rather than pushed on you anyway. Proof and holdouts
How do holdouts work, exactly?
Before any automation or move runs, Rizecart sets aside 10% of the eligible customers and sends them nothing. The other 90% get the message, offer or campaign. Comparing what each group does afterward isolates the effect Rizecart actually caused, separate from customers who would have come back anyway. Every proven-profit number you see in the app carries this holdout math behind it - it is never a guess or an industry average. Permalink
Is my store's data safe? Is Rizecart PDPL-compliant?
Your data stays yours: encrypted in transit and at rest, PDPL-compliant, and never sold. If Rizecart's experiment network shares anonymized outcomes across stores to sharpen its network-prior benchmarks, it never shares your customers, your numbers, or anything identifying - and only if you opt in. Disconnecting your store deletes your data. Permalink
What is Signal Recovery, and why does my ad platform see fewer sales than I actually made?
Browser pixels only catch a share of real conversions - typically around 61% in our data, especially after iOS privacy changes. Rizecart's Signal Recovery replays every confirmed, server-side order back to Meta, TikTok and Snap, valued at true profit instead of raw revenue, so the ad platforms' own optimization algorithms learn from what actually made you money, not a partial, pixel-only picture.
